SWT Strength - Small Group Personal Training 
Full body workout for most fitness levels.

SWT Strength - Small Group Personal Training  is a 45min, heart-pounding, fat-burning, muscle-building workout.
SWT Strength - Small Group Personal Training/s main characteristics are to focus on training movements rather than isolated muscles. In 40 minutes you will get strength, cardio, balance, and flexibility in a fun and high energy class.

You will increase lean body mass while losing body fat, improve muscle strength, power, and endurance.
Exercises are done with body weight, resistance bands,, dumb-bells, stability balls, and medicine balls.
All of the exercises can be modified to accommodate beginners or to challenge the most elite athletes.

SCHEDULING AND CANCELLATIONS
Must reserve a spot in class
24 hour cancellation policy.
Must cancel before 24 hours from the time of the scheduled class. If you cancel a class after the 24 hour period - that will be considered a LATE cancel and the class will be charged.
Classes with less than 4 people will be canceled (scheduled members will be notified)
