EXPIRATION: Once the first pass in this package is used, you have 3 months to use this pass before it expires.

STACKED: Passes and Memberships can be stacked.  If you have an existing pass or membership that is in use, your new pass package or membership will be added to your account and will begin when your current pass package or membership is complete.

SCHEDULING CLASSES: Our classes are fun, effective and popular! Make sure that you are scheduling your intended upcoming classes at least two weeks in advance. 

CANCELLATION: If you need to cancel a class, you must do so prior to 24 hours before the class start time.  If you cancel after 24 hours, it will be considered a "Late Cancel" and you will be charged a pass.  If you do not cancel in our system and then do not attend the class, this is considered a "No Show" and you will be charged for the class. Please be courteous and cancel your reservation in a timely manner to allow others on the waitlist to attend.

WAITLIST: Most of our classes have a waitlist.  If you would like to attend a class that has a waitlist, sign yourself up on the waitlist. If we have a cancellation, you will be moved from the waitlist to the class list.  Keep in mind, openings can happen for a class even the same day and hours before the class. If you are moved from the waitlist, you will be notified via email that you are reserved for the class.  If you are moved into the class on the same day, typically we try to send a text letting you know.  If you can no longer attend the class please cancel your waitlist reservation.   You can be moved into a class and be considered a "no show" if you don't attend. 

All passes are non-refundable, cannot be shared, transferred or paused for any reason.
