ELEVATE is our 6 to 8 week lifestyle program that helps you tighten up your habits, build consistency, and feel genuinely proud of how you show up. It focuses on simple pillars like movement, protein, hydration, sleep, and mindset so you can get back into a routine that feels doable and energizing. No strict rules and no perfection needed. It’s about stacking small choices, getting supported by the SWT community, and feeling that shift where everything starts clicking again.

These are the best offers we drop all year and the perfect time to stack and set yourself up for next year even if your current pass or membership is still active. This is the sale of the year and the one deal you absolutely do not want to miss. The annual membership is paid in one lump sum but gives you the strongest value by far. When you break it down, you are getting unlimited classes and the full SWT vibe for about seventy dollars per month.

EXPIRATION: Once the first pass in this package is used, you have 13 months to use this pass before it expires.

STACKED: Passes and Memberships can be stacked.  If you have an existing pass or membership that is in use, your new pass package or membership will be added to your account and will begin when your current pass package or membership is complete.

SCHEDULING CLASSES: Our classes are fun, effective and popular! Make sure that you are scheduling your intended upcoming classes at least two weeks in advance. 

CANCELLATION: If you need to cancel a class, you must do so prior to 24 hours before the class start time.  If you cancel after 24 hours, it will be considered a "Late Cancel" and you will be charged a pass.  If you do not cancel in our system and then do not attend the class, this is considered a "No Show" and you will be charged for the class. Please be courteous and cancel your reservation in a timely manner to allow others on the waitlist to attend.

WAITLIST: Most of our classes have a waitlist.  If you would like to attend a class that has a waitlist, sign yourself up on the waitlist. If we have a cancellation, you will be moved from the waitlist to the class list.  Keep in mind, openings can happen for a class even the same day and hours before the class. If you are moved from the waitlist, you will be notified via email that you are reserved for the class.  If you are moved into the class on the same day, typically we try to send a text letting you know.  If you can no longer attend the class please cancel your waitlist reservation.   You can be moved into a class and be considered a "no show" if you don't attend. 

All passes are non-refundable, cannot be shared, transferred or paused for any reason.
