SWT Fitness One Month Membership Terms and Conditions

This document serves as the official terms and conditions ("Agreement") governing the SWT Fitness One Month Membership ("Membership") offered by SWT Fitness, located in Ohio. By enrolling in this Membership, hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer" or "Member," you acknowledge your understanding of and agreement to the following terms.

Membership Details:

1. Contract Start Date: This Membership contract shall go into effect on the date of purchase.

2. Duration: The Membership provides access for a period of one month, commencing from the contract start date. Throughout this month, the Member is entitled to unrestricted access to regularly scheduled SWT Fitness classes, including SWT, POUND, and SWT STRENGTH.

3. Membership Fee: A monthly fee of $125 shall be incurred for the Membership. Payment is to be made via automatic withdrawal, initiated on the same date each month, as agreed upon during enrollment.

4. Late Payment: In the event of overdue payment or unsuccessful deduction, a late fee of $35 shall be imposed.

5. Early Termination: Should the Member opt to terminate the Membership prior to the month's completion, an early termination fee of $250 will be applicable.

6. Access: Membership access exclusively covers participation in regularly scheduled classes and does not extend to admission for ticketed special events.

7. Class Registration: Each Member is required to pre-register for their desired classes through the provided registration system. While the Membership grants access to scheduled classes, attendance is subject to class availability.

8. Waitlist Policy: If a class reaches maximum capacity, Members may opt to join a waitlist for that class. However, being on the waitlist does not guarantee attendance. Should a spot become available, waitlisted Members will be notified on a first-come, first-served basis.

Membership Agreement:

1. Acceptance of Terms: Enrollment in the Membership constitutes the Buyer's acceptance of the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.

2. Automatic Withdrawal Authorization: By enrolling, the Member authorizes SWT Fitness to perform automatic withdrawals for the monthly Membership fee using the provided payment method.

3. Membership Renewal: The Membership does not automatically renew; it covers the designated one-month period only.

4. Modification of Terms: SWT Fitness reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of this Agreement with prior written notice to the Members. Continued use of the Membership following such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

5. Membership Privileges: Membership privileges are non-transferable and are solely for the use of the enrolled Member. Sharing of Membership access or privileges is strictly prohibited.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Ohio. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration authority.

By purchasing the SWT Fitness One Month Membership, the Buyer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement. SWT Fitness reserves the right to suspend or revoke Membership privileges in the event of any violation of these terms.
